Trip it & Rip it! — Privacy Policy

Trip it & Rip it! is a private application built for a single group of approximately 12 friends to track their annual golf trip. It is not a public product and is not intended for use outside the invited group.

What we collect

• The email address associated with your Apple ID or Google account, used solely to verify you are on the invited member list.
• Your name and profile photo as provided by Apple or Google at sign-in.
• Group-specific data you contribute or that is recorded on your behalf (nickname, home city, golf handicap, trip attendance, team membership).

How we use it

Your information is used only to operate the app for the group: showing profiles, attendance records, course information, and trip history. Data is not sold, shared with advertisers, used for analytics, or disclosed to third parties.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a private Supabase project (Postgres). Authentication is provided by Apple and Google.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing the address below. Group records (trip attendance, team rosters) may be retained in anonymized form as part of the trip's historical record.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and is gated to a private invited group.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will reflect it.
